Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Customers with an active support subscription can receive technical support via email in English. We aim to respond to support queries within 48 hours. Enquiries from customers with priority support will always be addressed first. Once a support subscription has expired then it cannot be renewed.
