How do I receive my licence key?

The licence details are automatically sent to the billing email address supplied during checkout. If you haven't received this email after 10 minutes then it may have been caught by a junk/spam filter. If so please contact us so that we can re-send it.

How do I renew my support subscription?

If your support subscription has expired then you will no longer have access to the latest releases or technical support. You can renew your subscription for a further 12 months.

How do I activate my licence?

Enter your licence holder name, email address and licence key into the software when prompted. Please ensure you enter the licence holder name and email address as stated in your purchase confirmation email.

If you have an internet connection choose automatic activation, otherwise choose manual activation and complete the following steps.
  • Visit the customer portal and submit the activation code that has been generated by the software.
  • An activation key will then be emailed to you within 24 hours, once you receive the activation key enter it into the software to complete the process.

How do I retrieve a lost licence key?
